Turnaround
All orders are shipped within 48 hours Monday - Friday 9am - 5pm, depending on stock availability. Should any ordered item not be immediately available you will be notified via e-mail what the lead time is before your ordered item can be shipped.
Carriers
We use a variety of carriers. The carrier we use for shipping your order will depend on your delivery address and size of the package. You will be notified in advance which carrier we will be using for your delivery.
Order Tracking
If a tracking number is provided by the shipping carrier, we will update your order with the tracking information.
Shipping Rates
The rate charged for the shipping of your order is based on the weight and volume of your products, and your location. Before shipping we will forward you a final update of your order indicating the shipping cost, and you will have a chance to cancel your order should you not be in agreement with the shipping costs.
Back Orders
If an item goes on back order we will ship you the part of your order that is in stock. When the item becomes available we will ship you the rest of your order.
In store pick up
You may collect your order in person, or make use of your own preferred shipping carrier to collect your order, once we have received full payment of your order. Please quote your order number when collecting.
Returns
How To Return An Item
Your item must be in its original unused condition to be returned, unless there is a manufacturer defect. You must return the item within 30 days of your date of purchase. Shipping cost of returns is at customer’s expense, unless there is a manufacturer defect in which case return shipping will be arranged and paid for by us.

7129 - Include in your package a signed letter stating the reason for your return and the original receipt.
You may return items in person, or using your own preferred shipping carrier to the above address on Monday – Friday from 9am – 5pm.
Return Exceptions
Some items can not be returned if they are opened. These include sealed containers, tubs, tubes, bags etc. containing veterinary products, supplements etc.
Merchandise that has been worn, used, or altered will not be accepted for return or exchange.
Restocking Fee
All items are subject to a 10% restocking fee, this will be deducted from your refund. We also do not refund the original shipping and handling that you paid on the order.
Exchanges
If your item is in “like new” condition, you may exchange your item for a different size or color. You will not be subject to a restocking fee in this case, but you still will have to pay return shipping.
